Cancellation Policy
Harmony Lab Class Booking Policy 1. Registration and Payment All participants must register in advance to secure a spot. Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm registration. We accept the following payment methods: Venmo, PayPal, credit card, cash or Harmony Lab memberships. 2. Class Size and Availability Class sizes are limited to ensure quality and safety. Once a class reaches capacity, registration will close. We recommend booking early to guarantee your spot. 3. Cancellation and Refunds Cancellations made 48 hours or more before class will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before class are non-refundable, but you may transfer your spot to another class if available. Classes canceled by Harmony Lab due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, instructor illness) will be rescheduled or refunded. 4. Late Arrivals Participants arriving late may join the class if space and materials allow. Late arrivals will not receive a refund for missed time. 5. Behavior and Safety Harmony Lab is a respectful, safe, and inclusive space. Participants must follow instructor guidance to ensure safety. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from class without refund. 6. Recording and Photography Photos or videos may be taken for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify the instructor in advance. 7. Liability Participation is at your own risk. Harmony Lab is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage to personal property during class. 8. Communication Class updates, reminders, or cancellations will be communicated via [email/text/phone]. Ensure your contact information is accurate when registering.
