A 4-week guided movement reset for women.

A slow structured movement experience designed for women who feel tight, overstimulated, or disconnected from their bodies. Sessions are built using breath, fascia release, coordination, and music to help your body release tension and feel better.

No experience needed. Small group only.

You’ll also have access to a private space with a few short (2–5 min) resets you can use during the week.

- 4 weeks

- 1 session per week

- small group (6–10 women)

- held at The Commons in Rugby
